Using the Specialty injection molding method known as Parallel injection-compression molding (Coining), the matarial is first injected into the tool which then is pressed together to achieve the target thickness. This method along with Diamond turned Inserts ensures the best optical moulded lenses are produced.

A Micro Part moulding of a fill port to enable along with a sister part the filling of a liquid into a Medical component. A small 2 impression tool with a thin wall section of 0.25mm.

4 Imp Cap

4 Impression tool produces a Cap for a medical tube used in a laboratory. This cap is designed using a Helical screw to unscrew the cores then the ejection strips off the parts. Using this method removes the need for Hydraulic cylinders which in this case were not favoured within the clean room environment.
